About the Game
Recycle rusty scrap, restore, and sell parts such as gears or even engines!
If your workshop becomes cluttered
with details, don’t worry - you can simply use the coins you've earned to start recycling again. With these
coins, you can purchase upgrades like new tools (for example, the ability to swap two parts), increase
efficiency (so your equipment runs smoother), or even expand the size of your workshop! The more advanced
machinery you assemble from scrap, the greater your ownership becomes.
So, are you ready to discover the heights you can reach in this game?
The game is developed by a solo developer, so your support truly matters! If you encounter any bugs or have

The story behind my first game
Recycle: 2048 draws inspiration from the original 2048 game (released 10 years ago!). However, this game shares only the core mechanic of swiping and combining cells. "Recycle: 2048" is not styled like a mathematical puzzle - it has a story. You find yourself in a scrapyard in a Nevada-styled desert. Here, you're not just combining numbers; you're recycling parts! The choice of aesthetics for the game is deliberate - it's where I finally realized one of my long-held narrative ideas.
One of the notable differences is the varied level sizes. In addition to the classic 4x4 grid, the field can be 3x3, 5x5, or even 3x4! Yes, the grid isn't always square, which greatly refreshes the gameplay. Moreover, there are "junk" parts that defy recycling. To balance the difficulty (and add extra gameplay variety), I've introduced three new mechanics: the workshop (which combines all simple parts on the field), the crane (which can swap two parts), and the hydraulic fence (which allows you to remove a row or column).
The main innovation, in my opinion, is the coins you earn from recycling. They solve the main problem (which is punishing for losing) and significantly increase replayability. Additional tools and varied level sizes create unique scenarios, while the ability to progress gradually allows for many days of enjoyment. By the way, personally, I prefer playing on the smallest level - 3x3 🙂
